Arcalion helps to treat symptoms of functional asthenia (chronic fatigue, weakness) and to improve mental/physical energy. Arcalion 200mg is a medication containing sulbutiamine, a synthetic derivative of Vitamin
(thiamine), used to treat functional asthenia (chronic fatigue). It improves energy levels, memory, and cognitive function, with a typical dosage of 2–3 tablets daily, restricted to a maximum 4-week treatment duration.
