Delivery
11.1 Delivery areas
We deliver throughout Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak) may incur additional charges and longer delivery times.
11.2 Delivery times
- Peninsular Malaysia: typically 3–5 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak): typically 5–10 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
11.3 Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer free delivery for orders above a minimum amount as part of promotions.
11.4 Risk of loss
Risk of loss and ownership of the product passes to you once the item is delivered to your address. Please inspect your order on receipt and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
11.5 Failed delivery
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, no one available to receive the parcel, or refusal to accept, redelivery charges may apply.
Return shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged, defective, or expired product), L&T Pharmacy SB will cover the return shipping cost.
