Biogrow Oat BG22 with 20% beta-glucan (soluble fiber) is made from 100% oat bran powder imported from Sweden. Biogrow Oat BG22 is a safe and natural way to help reduce cholesterol.The beta-glucan in Oat BG22 is preserved in its most natural form with high molecular weight which ensures higher efficacy in lowering LDL-cholesterol. Its high concentration and solubility allows the formation of a thick viscous solution in the intestines. Studies have shown that high viscosity effect produced by beta-glucan in the intestines is important in cholesterol-lowering.

Direction for Use

1 sachet mix with 200ml of plain, cold or warm water, fruit juices, soymilk or sprinkle onto cereal, salad, yoghurt, gravies and soups. Take 2-3 sachets a day before meals (1 to 2 sccops before breakfast and 1 scoop before dinner), or anytime convenient. 2 sachets (approx. 18g) provide 3.6g beta-glucan.
