Who should wear compression stockings? ↴

Anyone who:

✿ They may be at risk of developing varicose veins, for example, in women in pregnancy.

✿ May be at risk of developing DVT.

✿ The risk is increased for those over 40 years of age, in pregnancy, taking the contraceptive pill, taking hormone replacement therapy and who have had a baby recently.

✿ Experience fatigue, and heavy and aching legs from long hours of standing and sitting.

✿ Infection of the leg/phlebitis.
